About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Electrolyzer Research Engineer to design, optimize, and scale advanced ammonia electrolyzers. You’ll address technical challenges, enhance performance, and contribute to scaling systems for commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize electrochemical systems to meet performance targets.
• Investigate degradation mechanisms and implement solutions to improve durability.
• Scale systems from lab to pilot-scale for commercial deployment.
• Collaborate across teams and manage external partnerships.
• Document findings through technical reports, publications, and patents.

Qualifications:

Education: BSc in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, or related fields (MSc preferred).

Requirements:

• Proven track record in electrolyzer development or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of electrochemical principles and materials for electrodes, membranes, and catalysts.
• Experience with characterization tools (e.g., EIS, SEM, XRD).
• Pilot-scale or commercial system scaling is an advantage.
