As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ndustrial, you will be responsible for driving the company's efforts in attracting and hiring top industry talent. Ndustrial, an innovative company in the Information Technology and Services industry, deploys real-time cloud-based applications for factories and industrial facilities worldwide. With a proprietary industrial operating system and a dedicated professional services team, Ndustrial delivers end-to-end solutions to enable digital transformation and resource efficiency in the industrial sector.   • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably within the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong ability to source candidates through various channels and assess their qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
