As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ndustrial, you will be responsible for driving the company's efforts in attracting and hiring top industry talent. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably within the Information Technology and Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong ability to source candidates through various channels and assess their qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
