What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives
- Standardize the installation process by documenting and implementing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all deployments.
- Develop and implement a structured contractor onboarding and training program to ensure field resources align with best practices.
- Establish a feedback loop to continuously refine SOPs and improve first-time installation success rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success teams to optimize deployment strategies and execution.
Within the first 3 months:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the installation process and deployment workflow.
- Take full ownership of deployment planning, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external field resources.
Within the first 6 months:
- Develop and implement a structured onboarding and training program for external deployment resources.
- Identify and address key bottlenecks in the deployment process to improve efficiency.
- Begin refining and documenting best practices to drive standardization across deployments.
Within the first year:
- Own and continuously improve the hardware deployment process, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Establish a structured feedback loop to refine SOPs and reduce installation errors over time.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in deployment efficiency, first-time success rates, and contractor performance.

Reporting & Team Structure
- Reports to VP. Operations within the Operations and Technical organization.
- Works closely with Client Engagement Managers, Solutions Engineering, Quality, and Engineering teams.
