Do you have experience with payroll administration and benefits onboarding? Have a desire to work remotely on a part-time basis for 3-6 months? What will you do?

• Deliver timely payroll processing utilizing the Paylocity HRIS system, with attention to detail and schedule.
• Manage the Paylocity-based onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain benefit enrollments for employees as they onboard and offboard.
• Conduct year-end processing, including the generation of W-2 forms, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster high employee satisfaction through accurate payroll delivery and responsive support.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Expert in benefits and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding procedures.
• Prior experience updating benefits information.
• Proficiency with Paylocity or similar payroll/HRIS systems.
• Prior experience in year-end processing and W-2 generation.
