Drive transformative change at LineVision by enhancing analytical knowledge across all people's aspects of the business. In this role, you will have total rewards from design to implementation. Working with LineVision leadership, you will lead the strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the architecture, implementation, communication, and administration of LineVision’s compensation programs.


What will you do?

Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives:

  • Oversee all compensation and equity programs, including executive compensation
  • Design stock option forecasts, participate in Compensation Committee meetings, administer the LineVision Stock Option Plan (Carta), and review quarterly analytics.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor and thought partner to the Leadership and management teams in the areas of compensation, people technology, and total rewards.
  • Partner with Leadership to ensure alignment of Total Rewards with business objectives and work with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Routinely benchmark compensation to develop LineVision’s compensation infrastructure and processes
  • Build collaborative partnerships within LineVision training leaders, implementing strategies, and collaborating across teams to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Support the execution of the year-end compensation cycle by providing financial data to facilitate salary and bonus determinations.
  • Manage one direct report.

Within Three Months:

  • Learn the business, its key metrics, and how to link performance with talent management;
  • Manage LineVision’s stock option administration via Carta;
  • Oversee LineVision's existing total rewards and evaluation programs, updating benchmarks and compensation levels.

Within Six Months:

  • Working with Leadership and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, design and implement a people analytics strategy for year-end 2024;
  • Communicate compensation models and results to employees at all levels, consult on analytics recommendations;
  • Analyze employee data to make policy and program recommendations; and
  • Leverage company data to support customer surveys, review current and new systems for analytics, efficiencies, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Within a Year and Beyond:

  • Actively pursue the development and continuous improvement of reporting analytics tools and capabilities.
  • Design and share new compensation practices with ownership for the entire total rewards and people analytics function.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Strong experience with data and analytics within a People Operations Team, including technology implementation (e.g., Carta, Benchmarking, HRIS).
  • Proven ability to align technology to enhance business performance and independently lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative approach, inspiring others and working effectively within teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in coaching, leading, and developing talent, along with being a polished speaker who advocates for data-driven solutions.
  • Committed continual learner, consistently applying new advances in people analytics to the organization.
