About the Role
Firefly Solar is one of Canada’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies, helping homeowners across the country take control of their energy costs and make the switch to clean, sustainable power.

We’re looking for a Booking Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment, someone organized, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for homeowners exploring solar, guiding them through the process of booking consultations with our Solar Educators and ensuring a smooth journey from first inquiry to proposal review.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate directly with homeowners via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments with our Solar Educators.
  • Follow a structured outreach cadence to ensure all leads are followed up with efficiently and respectfully.
  • Provide clear and friendly guidance to customers on next steps, such as submitting their utility bill for analysis.
  • Maintain accurate lead and appointment data in our CRM.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and educational experience. Ensuring every customer feels supported and informed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and handoffs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and scheduling efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personable, confident, and professional.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or administrative coordination is an asset.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google, and phone/text communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A genuine interest in renewable energy and helping homeowners make informed choices.
  • French speaking is a bonus!

Job Type: Part-time, 4 month contract with potential to extend to full-time permanent position.
